E I B Contractors are a commercial general contractor specializing in finish out.
E I B has done a wide variety of projects ranging from 400sq. Ft. spaces up to 40,000 sq. ft. The types of jobs we have completed include: Food Court, Women*s Clothing, Hair Salons, Cosmetics, Specialty Gift,
Jewelry, Entertainment, Full Service Restaurants, Bus Terminals, and Office finish out.
We have worked with many National Chains and are familiar with overseeing and installing
tenant provided items such as Millwork, Flooring, Signs, Store Fixtures, and Light Fixtures.
We do most of our work in Texas, Louisiana, and Oklahoma, but also do work in New Mexico, Tennessee, Mississippi, Alabama, New York, Alabama, Georgia, North and South Carolina, Arizona and California.
However, we will travel to almost anywhere. We are fully insured and bonded allowing us to work in malls, strip centers, office buildings and on ground up projects.
